Before You Visit

Our teaching kitchen is located in a converted warehouse space in South London. If you're coming for a session, we'll send detailed directions and parking information when you book. The nearest tube station is Elephant & Castle (Northern and Bakerloo lines), about a 10-minute walk.

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters, please mention that in your email subject line.

Can I visit the kitchen before booking?

Of course. We're happy to arrange a brief tour of our facilities if you'd like to see the space before committing to a session. Just email to arrange a convenient time.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for any of our services. They make excellent presents for food lovers. Email us with the service and recipient details, and we'll prepare a beautiful digital or printed voucher.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand plans change. With at least 48 hours notice, we can reschedule your session at no extra cost. Less notice may result in a rebooking fee.
